LeadFlow360 was developed for the same reason many innovations are...to solve a problem. Ken Walls is the founder and owner of Client Solution Innovations, a marketing and web development firm in business since 2002. About five years ago, he bought a digital business card that was great in theory, but not so great in functionality. It just didn't work that well, and it didn't do all the things he wanted it to do.
Frustrated, Ken decided to create something new. During that process, he started to incorporate all of the functionality he wanted and his clients were asking for.
